Velma Yamashita teaches the Art History, Gallery Management, and Exhibition Design courses.  In addition to the courses she teaches as an Associate Professor of Art, she also serves as the Coordinator of the Isla Center for the Arts.  She has worked at the University of Guam for over 20 years.
