Roybert Bautista is an artist born and raised on the island of Guam since 1996. Since childhood he has taught himself an array of techniques, particularly two-dimensional media. Roybert is currently working towards his bachelor’s degree at the University of Guam as a Fine Arts/Art and Secondary Education double major. He excels in many of his assignments that uses pen-and-ink, pencil, and experiments with three-dimensional design and digital art, but compared to all the mediums he works with, he finds a deep appreciation and love for acrylic and watercolor paintings. Roybert’s watercolor and acrylic paintings usually depict food, portraits, and animals, but he is most admired for his landscapes.
